A space for development and experimentation in order to support the demands of Randon Companies and their partners in the search for innovative product solutions. This is the concept of the CTR Innovation Lab, the company's newest environment. The 300 m² space comprises areas for co-creation and functional rooms that welcome multidisciplinary innovation teams, with the purpose of enhancing the use of sustainable technologies in the group's products.

The CTR Innovation Lab reinforces a set of innovation strategies, which encompass other actions aimed at investments for digital solutions in the various areas of the company's operations. The new space, built over the past few months, will be an important part of maintaining the future strategy of Randon Companies and will also support the recovery process in the current scenario, always in accordance with current health and safety measures.

Focused on product innovation and directed to the megatrends of mobility, the Innovation Lab joins the other structures already present in the CTR, which counts 20 types of tracks, totaling 15 kilometers, a workshop for vehicle preparation, and a structural laboratory. “The purpose of the new space is to provide multidisciplinary teams with an environment prone to innovation, which allows new experiences for the integrated development of products, improving the work we develop,” said Director of Technology and Product Innovation of Randon Companies Cesar Augusto Ferreira.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2020, the Randon Technological Center is located in Farroupilha (RS) and is the first independent complex to support the development of products for the mobility industry in southern Brazil. It delivers engineering solutions for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, motorcycles, road equipment, off-road vehicles, and agricultural vehicles.
