At Fras-le, we restlessly seek a basic principle: the good economic performance must, come with clear attitudes in favor of the environment. To minimize and to prevent environmental impacts resulting from the use of natural resources and from the waste generation are Fras-le Environmental Management System (SGA) goals and aims, which exist since 1998 and obtained the certification in the standard ISO 14001.
One of the Fras-le projects to the environment is an effluent treatment station, where millions of liters of water are annually treated, 25% of which are re-used by the company. The residue resulting from this system goes through the composting process ( treatment of organic waste). About ten tons of waste are generated every month, and they are used as fertilizer.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Since its foundation, Fras-le has as its priority the appreciation and respect to its employees, aiming towards its policies and management practices for the integral growth of everyone.
FLORESCER PROGRAM
Since 2002, the Florescer (Bloom) Program promotes the integral formation of children and teenagers aged 6 to 15 years for the exercise of citizenship. With such mission, it is focused in a better quality of life and a promising future for the children cared. The Florescer consists of a socio-educational care center that offers pedagogical, cultural and sports activities. The slogan “Awakening children to the future” denotes the bet on positive results of the program.
FLORESCER PROGRAM – PROFESSIONAL INITIATION
Inside the Florescer Program, there is the Professional Initiation Program. It is dedicated to teenagers aged 15 to 16 years, and seeks to prepare young people to their labor market inclusion. The Program provides, as its name says, Professional Initiation courses, focused in metal-mechanic and administrative assistant segments. Thus, the company aims to qualify teenagers to face the challenges of the labor market. These teenagers have more access to knowledge, more talent development and motivation to become future successful professionals, achieving everything they aim for.
QUALIFICAR PROGRAM
The Qualificar (Qualify) Program of the Randoncorp Professional Education Center enables the teenagers to reach the qualification in the labor market, offering professional initiation in the metal-mechanic and commerce-service segments. The project counts on an area of over than 1,000 m² and capacity to form more than 200 teenagers simultaneously.
